The power of understanding your triggers

One day, as my heart race and my stomach turned and suddenly I felt like a 7 year old needing to run and hide to not show my feelings,I stopped and realized the person I was talking to resembled someone that hold so much power over me and caused me great anxiety. That is when I learned that my anxiety no longer hold that power over me. I learned that when those physical symptoms show I need to dig deeper as to what is triggering that anxiety and I no longer let anxiety ruin my day. I can help you explore those triggers and help you be the one in power of your emotions. Don't let your emotions have that power over you any longer.
