Start today, and make that change. When you are wanting to make a lifestyle change and you keep promising yourself that you will start Monday going to the gym and suddenly that Monday never comes. How does that feel? You see all those videos online and you really are motivated and the motivation only lasts a month, and you give up. Why do you think that is? A lack of commitment?
